Is it a dirty word? Indeed not.  Well......if you don't like jails it is.  A "gaol" is exactly like it sounds.  A british word for jail.  So bebo-ers, be lucky that it's pronounced just like it sounds and you are not an attendee of a gaol.  I'm just glad I'm not a member one of either! (For the rest of my life.........LOL. Not a laughing matter for some.  I bet some would beg to disagree though.) ::SIGH::

Predatory, as I have just now learned, means preying upon others.  (As in internet fiends/predators I suppose..........) But anyway, just to let you know that is my word of the day.  And just as I'm going to let you be impressed with my charming wit, I'm going to let you be impressed with my superb brain list that I'm going to list on here. Along with obvious visual you tube things.

Cya!

The capital journal must be like the toughest one to retrain your brain on.  Even though memory isn't fixed, and I  know that it isn't considering my circumstances........LOL.  I have epilepsy, so severe memory loss is sort of a given, but that's it in a nutshell.  In fact, that brainfit book I've been using has been very helpful in that regard, and so has my new job....located in beautiful downtown Topeka, KS.  So my memory isn't going after all! Yay!

Mo' tomorrow.........

........Especially #4, I was having a tough time with this one especially. Seeing as Brain Building in just 12 weeks is all about building your vocab in just 12 weeks, and as I soon found out, having enough cash to actually do it with. Well anyway, here is today's word:

brusque(ly)
it means, (1) markedly short and abrupt, (2)blunt in manner or often to the point of ungracious harshness
Brusque(ly).....adv.

I also started (and this was hard as well seeing as the people on CNN rarely take a mistep, but when they do it's pretty obvious.) start listening for mispronounciations in conversations on the radio or television news by leading figures and by yourself on a daily basis.

Yours truly,

Melinda
